Mendocino Care Network

The Mendocino Care Network is new community-based Palliative Care Program for all of Mendocino County. This program will begin service on August 1, 2017. The Mendocino Care Network has joined ResolutionCare to expand Palliative Care Services in Mendocino County.

Our goal is to provide support to all members of our community who need help dealing with the challenges they face with serious illness. Our care team will meet with you and your family to hear what you need, then work to help improve the quality of your life. We will communicate closely with your medical providers to coordinate your care and relieve your symptoms. We will be on call 24 hours a day to back you up during difficult times.
